Spire Investment Partners had the pleasure of attending this year’s Financial Services Institute (FSI)'s OneVoice conference in Dallas, TX. The conference was filled with leaders who shared valuable insights on the future of the Financial Services Industry.

Leaders like Forest T Harper Jr, President and CEO of INROADS, who recently partnered with FSI to increase representation of people of color and women through thoughtful and effective strategies that benefit all.

As well as Trudy Bourgeois, founder of the Center for Workforce Excellence, who shed light on the “Great Resignation” and how firms can meet the expectations and aspirations of the post-pandemic workforce.

All in all, the conference was a great success, and we can’t wait to go back next year!
